VIC SOTTO’S IDEA OF RELAXATION: How does someone like Vic Sotto cool it down and relax?
“I like being in a nature setting. Hindi ko naman ibig sabihin, sa bundok. I want to be in a place that’s close to nature but endowed with modern amenities,” the actor stated at the launch of his first ever real estate endorsement, one for CitiGlobal.
Careful to protect his privacy, Vic didn’t state if Pauleen Luna, his present girl, is part of the relaxation equation. He said, however, that Pauleen is the last woman in his life.
Vic explained that he welcomes time spent alone in a natural environment where he can reflect and recharge. He calls it his me-time.
“I believe in the saying that we must oftentimes stop and smell the flowers,” he added. The remark prompted a seatmate at the media event to comment that Vic has been smelling a lot of flowers throughout his life. And how beautiful all those flowers are.
Seriously, Vic’s new endorsement for CitiGlobal is targeted at OFWs who have space in their pocketbooks for an extra investment, like a rest house or a condo unit in Tagaytay. CitiGlobal is building a leisure village and a mid-rise condo in Tagaytay. Both are offered at reasonable prices deemed affordable by OFWs.

FEEL-GOOD TELESERYES: Feel-good teleseryes are in vogue on channel 2. After “Be Careful with My Heart,” the network has gained another ratings winner in “Forevermore,” which has made a star out of new find Liza Soberano and an even bigger star out of Enrique Gil.
Coming out tonight (Monday) is “Dream Dad,” another lighthearted series about a heartfelt, humor-filled relationship between a bachelor and a 5-yearold orphan, played by Zanjoe Marudo and Jana Agoncillo.
“Dream Dad” will be followed in the coming weeks by “Flor de Liza,” which reunites 90s romcom favorites Jolina Magdangal and Marvin Agustin.
