Real estate company CitiGlobal enters the New Year with high hopes as it sold out the units of its latest land project development, Fontaine Villas, in Tagaytay.

CitiGlobal’s Clifton Suites, a leisure condotel community located next to Fontaine Villas, is also quickly being bought out of the real estate market and is a good opportunity for OFW investment in property in Philippines.

To further add to their success, the company recently opened its first showroom at Robinson’s Mall in Dasmariñas, Cavite.

On top of all their recent success, CitiGlobal also reached another major milestone last year when they got veteran actor and advertising giant Vic Sotto as brand ambassador for their ‘Nothing but Leisure’ brand campaign.

“I am very partial to our OFWs and their families. I seem to be always with them during our shows in Eat Bulaga! both here and abroad. I usually talk to them. Just last April, during the Eat Bulaga! concert tour in Toronto, I could really feel that if they had a choice, they would immediately come back here in the Philippines. Everybody is saving money so they can fly back to the Philippines, even for a short vacation. That’s why they work hard, so they can buy what they want and relax when they are here,” Mr. Sotto said in Filipino.

The ‘Nothing but Leisure’ campaign is in line with CitiGlobal’s advocacy of providing first class and affordable income-generating land development projects, primarily tailored for Overseas Filipino Workers (OFWs) to own leisure homes.

“I hope more efforts are made on encouraging OFWs in investing, and not just saving, their hard-earned money. This is my personal advocacy, and I am just happy that CitiGlobal has a way to help OFWs invest through leisure properties,” Sotto added.

“A lot of Filipinos go abroad in hopes of providing a better life. They work hard, they get by. But they rarely get the chance to invest,” said CitiGlobal CEO, Gary To.

“We want our kababayans to realize that it’s possible to invest. We’re inviting and planting the idea that for all their hard work, they deserve something great, and they don’t have to spend a large sum of their hard-earned money to do it,” he added.
